We log your request the moment you press submit, and that's the date the deadlines below run from. We'll email a confirmation link to the address you gave. Nothing is removed until that link is clicked. Once it is, we stop returning results for that person — from new searches, from reports our members already have access to, and from any matching records we take in later. We can't recall a copy someone already downloaded.
We acknowledge requests within 10 business days and complete them within 45 calendar days.
